Back in the day, we all had a village that would surround us in the early days postpartum. Now it’s harder to find that village and our sense of community can feel lacking. An important way to prevent postpartum depression is to feel connected to our community, so I want to share my favourite resources with you. I only recommend places and people that I know and love!
There are so many books out there to read in regards to pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting. Some of them are incredible, and some of them are not. Let me help you avoid those less incredible ones with my book recommendations! I have personally read and loved each one of these.
