Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards/certificates cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on any downloadable or digital products, including, but not limited to access to the Online Resources Library.

Childbirth Education self-paced courses are non-refundable once the course has been accessed or once 7 days has passed, whichever comes first. 

Refunds for private Childbirth Education courses will be granted if class is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice. If class is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, it is not eligible for a refund, but we will do our best to reschedule.

The retainer for postpartum services is non-refundable. This non-refundable retainer of $325 (which will be put towards the balance of your contract owing) is required upon signing this contract to secure availability. If purchasing hours without a package, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total will be required, with the remaining due prior to services rendered.

Refunds

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@nurturedpostpartum.ca.
