Sarah Wallace is the face behind Nurtured Postpartum and your West Kootenay postpartum doula. She is passionate about helping families during the great, big, beautiful, messy time that can be postpartum. She knows that pregnancy, birth, and postpartum can feel overwhelming – and that most of us feel like a hot mess during it at some point. Sarah knows how heavy the mental load can be, and as your postpartum doula, helps to lessen that load.

Sarah serves all new and expecting families by providing them with intuitive, evidence-based support. They believe that supporting folks as they grow their families will build stronger families. Their mission is to help build your confidence as you move through this beautiful and often challenging time.
