You Don't Have to Do This Alone.

Once upon a time, we had a village to support us in those early weeks after birth. Today, finding that community can feel much harder, leaving many new parents feeling isolated. Feeling connected is a key part of supporting your mental health during the postpartum period, which is why I’m sharing some of my favorite local resources with you.

What's On The Book Shelf?

There are so many books out there to read in regards to pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting. Some of them are incredible, and some of them are not. Let me help you avoid those less incredible ones with my book recommendations! I have personally read and loved each one of these. (Please note: unfortunately, most of the pregnancy/birth/postpartum books are not always inclusive of all genders or family structures.)
