Once upon a time, we had a village to support us in those early weeks after birth. Today, finding that community can feel much harder, leaving many new parents feeling isolated. Feeling connected is a key part of supporting your mental health during the postpartum period, which is why I’m sharing some of my favorite local resources with you.

There are so many books out there to read in regards to pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting. Some of them are incredible, and some of them are not.
