Knowing what to expect makes a difference. Learning about the birth process reduces fear and anxiety which decreases pain and increases your ability to ask for what you need. Learning about realistic expectations for the postpartum period can reduce your risk for postpartum mental health issues and can increase your chances of experiencing a more positive postpartum.
In just a few hours, you’ll come away with a clear understanding of your options and confidence in the birth process and in the postpartum period. As Diana Korte and Roberta Scaer, authors of A Good Birth, A Safe Birth, said: “If you don’t know your options, you don’t have any.”Â
Personalized prenatal education in a small, supportive setting. Choose in-person or join virtually via Zoom. Classes can be scheduled one-on-one or with a small group.Â
Investment includes: Comprehensive resource package, access to text/email support until birth, and a small gift.

These classes aren’t one-size-fits-all. They’re built to meet you where you are, in every sense.
They’re trauma- and nervous system-informed, so the space feels grounded, supportive, and aware of how different experiences shape learning and preparation.
They’re flexible, offered virtually or in person, with The Complete Course available in a one-day format or split across two shorter sessions. You can even adjust topics to focus on what matters most to you.
They’re inclusive, created with all families and all kinds of birth experiences in mind.
And they’re accessible, designed for different learning styles so you actually absorb and remember what you learn. not just sit through slides.
Yes! You’re always welcome to bring a support person, whether that’s a partner, friend, or another trusted person in your life.
If you’d like to learn alongside others, there are two options available:
Bring a Friend: Invite up to two other pregnant friends (and a support person for each) to take the class with you. ($225 each)
Small Group: Private sessions for up to four pregnant friends (and a support person for each), ideal for friends or families expecting around the same time. ($200 each)
It’s a great way to share the experience, ask questions together, and build community before baby arrives.
